Greenwood Academy was established in 1998 with a mission to serve the educational needs of underprivileged children who would otherwise have no access to quality education. From its inception, the academy has stood as a pillar of hope, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder a child’s right to learn and grow. Over the years, we have provided free education to numerous needy students while charging nominal fees to those who can afford it, enabling us to sustain and expand our reach.

Our school is recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (Recognition No. 66743), ensuring that our students receive a structured and accredited education. Additionally, we are a registered body with the Government of Manipur through the Cooperative Society Office and are officially recognized under the Registration of Societies Act XXXI of 1860 (Registration No. 288 of 1990).
